Assembly Operator

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Clean Room Assembly Associates to join our team in the Dover, NH area. In this role, you will assemble products in a temperature and humidity-controlled clean room environment.
All assembly work is performed in a clean room setting, requiring employees to wear company-provided hair nets, gowns, safety glasses, shoe coverings, and gloves before entering the work area.

Responsibilities:

• Follow established procedures, assembly instructions, and work orders.
• Assemble products accurately and efficiently.
• Perform solvent bonding of components.
• Prepare components for assembly.
• Package finished products according to specifications.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and clean room protocols.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or clean room experience is a plus, but not required.
• Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Other Information:

• All required clean room attire and protective equipment are provided by the company.
• Stable Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, availability for over-time.
• Great opportunity for individuals seeking manufacturing or assembly experience in a clean, professional work environment.
• 1st shift: Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm $17/hour
• 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 4:30pm-1:00am $21/hour
• Temporary Assignment until the end of this year!
