Manufacturing Technician

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will receive training, develop valuable technical skills, and play an important role in producing precision printed circuit boards. Whether you’re starting your career or bringing experience from another manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you. Opportunities are available on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts, giving you flexibility to find a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
Shifts available:

• 1st shift (M-F 6am-2:30pm) $18/hr
• 2nd shift (M-F 2-10:30pm) $19/hr
• 3rd shift (M-F 10pm-6:30am) $21/hr
• Weekend shift (F/Sa/Su 6am-6pm) $21/hr, Work 36 hours and get paid for 40.

Responsibilities:

• Operate all department equipment and perform quality checks and preventative maintenance.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) and follow production guidelines/specifications.
• Follows established guidelines for safe material handling and protective gear. Adheres to environmental, health and safety standards at all times.
• Maintain a clean workspace and production floor.
• When applicable, create or download job programs to run jobs on machines.
• Read, interpret and maintain required records of production activities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Regular attendance is an essential job function of this position.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent, Vocational Training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing work experience preferred.
• Must have hands-on / mechanical aptitude / trade (e.g. farming, construction, auto repair, machining, woodworking, etc.)
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods, systems, and production processes.
• Strong team orientation.
• Motivated, results oriented, customer focused, with a high commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to learn new technology.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Creative thinking with sound problem solving and decision-making.
• Be a team player and must work well with others.
