Project Labor

Location: New Albany, OH
Shift Options: Day or Afternoon Shift
Project Duration: Approximately 3 Months
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Laborers for a large-scale construction project in New Albany, Ohio. Team members will support the installation of approximately 30-pound batteries into server racks at an off-site construction location.
No prior experience is required. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for temporary project-based work and willing to perform hands-on labor in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
Day Shift- $25.25 per hour
Monday through Friday
7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Start and end times may vary based on project needs
Afternoon Shift- $27.25 per hour
Monday through Friday
3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Start and end times may vary based on project needs
Work Location
Employees will report to a designated main facility each day.
Transportation will be provided via shuttle to and from the off-site construction project location.

Responsibilities:

• Install batteries weighing approximately 30 pounds into server racks
• Perform repetitive lifting, carrying, and placement of materials
• Maintain productivity in a physically demanding work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and site requirements
• Assist with material movement and other general labor duties as assigned
• Operate an electric pallet jack when required (training provided if applicable)

Desired Background/Skills:

• Ability to perform continuous physical labor for the duration of the shift
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work safely in a construction environment
• Steel-toe or composite-toe boots that cover the ankle are required

Lunch provided daily
