Final Inspector

CoWorx is looking for a Final Inspection Operator to help ensure finished printed products meet quality standards and customer specifications before they ship in the Lawrence, MA area.
Schedule: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Inspect printed materials for defects, color variations, and damage
• Verify products match customer specifications, including size, quantity, and finishing
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation
• Identify and communicate quality issues
• Bag, label, and prepare finished products for packaging
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow company safety and quality procedures

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy
• Ability to read and follow job specifications and customer orders
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Dependable with good communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
