Warehouse Lead 1st Shift

CoWorx is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Lead who can help keep daily operations organized, efficient, and moving in the right direction in the Lawrence, MA area!
Shift: 7am – 3:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment activities
• Support and guide warehouse team members in meeting daily goals
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits
• Use RF scanners and WMS systems to complete inventory transactions
• Ensure proper FIFO and FEFO product rotation and traceability
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed
• Verify shipping and receiving documentation
• Identify inventory discrepancies and damaged products
• Work closely with production, quality, and transportation teams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse
• Follow GMP, food safety, OSHA, and company standards

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous warehouse leadership experience preferred
• Forklift and material handling experience required
• Shipping, receiving, and inventory control experience
• RF scanner and WMS experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced cold storage environment
