CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Assembly Line Workers in the York, PA area. Join our team in a fast-paced, diverse assembly line environment where you’ll help build and package product displays for retail shipment. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy teamwork, physical activity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and tape boxes according to packaging requirements and production schedules.
• Pack bottles and gel syringes accurately while maintaining established quality and productivity standards.
• Place bottles onto production lines to support continuous manufacturing operations and workflow efficiency.
• Perform rework activities, including unpacking bottles from existing boxes and repacking them into new packaging as required.
• Build product displays in accordance with company specifications and customer requirements.
• Install caps on bottles and verify proper fit, appearance, and product presentation.
• Stack finished goods onto pallets safely and efficiently for storage, staging, and shipment.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Ability to lift and move objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights safely and efficiently throughout the workday.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull while performing assigned job duties.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods throughout the duration of the shift.
• Ability to use hands and fingers to handle, grasp, manipulate, and operate tools, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment where indoor temperatures may fluctuate with outdoor weather conditions.
