High Reach Operator

CoWorx is seeking immediate High Reach Operators in Litchfield Park, AZ!
As a High Reach Forklift Operator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping products moving efficiently throughout the warehouse.
Available Shifts & Pay:

• Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 AM $21.00/Hour
• Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM $21.00/Hour
• Monday – Thursday | 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM $22.00/Hour
• Monday – Thursday | 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM $22.00/Hour
• Friday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM $23.00/Hour
• Monday – Thursday | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM $24.00/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Operating Raymond and Toyota High Reach forklifts
• Safely loading, unloading, moving, and storing product
• Retrieving pallets from heights up to 5 levels high
• Scanning inventory and printing labels
• Performing cycle counts and inventory tasks
• Following product rotation procedures
• Completing daily forklift safety inspections
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Supporting shipping and receiving operations

Desired Background/Skills:

• Raymond & Toyota Reach Truck Experience Required
• High Reach Operators Only (5 High Experience Required)
• Minimum 2 years of forklift experience
• Experience operating at heights up to 5 levels high
• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain certification)
• Basic computer and RF scanner skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
