Forklift Operator

CoWorx is seeking Forklift Operators in the Biddeford, ME area!
The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (1st Shift)

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring product accuracy and integrity.
• Transport raw materials, finished goods, and inventory to designated locations.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
• Assist with inventory control and material handling activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous forklift operating experience is required.
• Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain certification).
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
