PIT Operator

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking PIT Operators in the Manchester, NH area.

Responsibilities:

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to safely push, pull, lift, stack, move, and transport products, materials, and equipment throughout the warehouse.
• Use handheld scanning devices with a high degree of accuracy to support inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse transactions.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently while meeting established productivity and quality standards.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Demonstrate a commitment to process excellence through adherence to operational procedures, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain an understanding of and comply with Supply Chain quality policies, procedures, and customer requirements.
• Perform inbound receiving activities, including verifying shipments, processing receipts, and accurately recording inventory transactions.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Minimum of one year of warehouse experience required.
• Training and certification in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime as needed to support operational and business demands.
