Our client is expanding and has Grind and Polish Operator openings on 1st and 2nd shift in the Charlestown, NH area!
As a Grind and Polish Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing precision components that meet the highest quality standards. This is more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to build a career in a company that values its people and offers room to advance as they continue to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Operate grinding and polishing equipment to finish precision components according to engineering specifications and quality requirements.
• Inspect parts throughout the finishing process to ensure compliance with dimensional, cosmetic, and quality standards.
• Perform visual and physical inspections to identify defects, imperfections, or non-conforming products.
• Follow all safety procedures and operating guidelines while using grinding, polishing, and related production equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company housekeeping and safety standards.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred; however, training will be provided for motivated candidates who demonstrate the ability to learn and succeed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
