CoWorx is seeking Candidates for General Production workers in the Claremont, NH area!
You will be a key part of the production and shipping lifecycle—responsibly handling, packaging, and moving high-quality products to meet customer needs and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Execute product packaging activities by following detailed written instructions, work orders, and digital system requirements to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Weigh, count, wrap, label, and palletize products in accordance with company standards to support proper presentation, storage, and transportation.
• Coordinate the movement of materials, finished goods, and packaged products to shipping areas or production floors as needed.
• Maintain workflow accuracy, productivity, and efficiency in a fast-paced, high-performance work environment.
• Ensure all packaging activities meet established quality standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency in all work performed.
• Ability to remain actively engaged and on your feet throughout the duration of the shift.
• Clear, positive communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with evolving processes, technologies, tools, and systems.
