Heat Press Operation

This position is responsible for applying custom logos and designs to apparel using commercial heat press equipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, works efficiently, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment. 1st shift hours – 8:30AM-4:30PM Monday through Friday, HOWEVER, if someone needs to work Tuesday through Saturday that is okay. These are temp to hire positions.

Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial heat press machines to apply logos and designs to apparel.
• Follow production work orders and logo placement instructions.
• Ensure proper alignment, temperature, pressure, and application.
• Inspect completed garments for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain daily production goals while minimizing errors.
• Organize completed orders for quality control.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous heat press or apparel production experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet production deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
