Cold Storage Forklift Operator

Are you an experienced stand-up forklift operator looking for a great opportunity with competitive pay and consistent hours? Join our team at a state-of-the-art cold storage facility in Fairborn, OH. We are currently hiring 20 Forklift Operators to support our busy peak season operations.
Schedule Options and Pay Rates

• 1st Shift: $22.00/hour | Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: $23.00/hour | Monday – Thursday | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
• Weekend Days: $24.00/hour | Friday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekend Nights: $25.00/hour | Friday – Sunday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Move, load, unload, and stage products throughout the facility.
• Transport inventory within refrigerated and freezer storage areas.
• Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Assist with warehouse operations as needed.
• Work in refrigerated warehouse areas maintained at approximately 34°F and freezer areas maintained at approximately 10°F.
• PPE is provided for cold-storage work.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift experience required.
• Experience operating reach trucks, double reach trucks, and/or layer pickers preferred.
• Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak season.
