As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality paper packaging products while ensuring machines run efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and adjust industrial bag-making equipment
• Change gears, rollers, knives, printing cylinders, and other machine components
• Install and align printing plates for production runs
• Monitor machine performance and maintain product quality standards
• Prepare tools, equipment, and materials to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and communicate concerns to supervisors
• Assist with preventative maintenance and machine adjustments
• Maintain inventory of production materials such as inks, adhesives, and solvents
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safety-focused
