Deburr Operator

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a Deburr Operator in the Hudson, NH area.

Responsibilities:

• Deburr and clean edges on sheet metal parts and assemblies to ensure products meet quality and appearance standards.
• Operate finishing equipment, including Timesaver machines and other related metal finishing equipment, in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and production-run inspections to verify product quality, consistency, and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company housekeeping and safety standards.
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and product quality.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and best practices while performing assigned duties.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality enhancement, operational efficiency, and waste reduction.
• Collaborate effectively with production team members, supervisors, and leadership to achieve production and quality goals.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Experience operating a Timesaver or similar metal finishing equipment preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, machining, or metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting quality standards and specifications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work in a manufacturing setting.
