Remote Customer Service Representative

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representatives for a upcoming positions in the Harrisburg, PA area.

In this role, you will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while providing professional, courteous, and efficient support to customers. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can actively listen, think critically, and provide accurate information in a fast-paced environment.

• 8-hour shifts available between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM
• Remote after training is completed
• In-office training may be required in Harrisburg, PA
• Additional pay is available once training is completed

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Answer questions accurately while delivering a positive customer experience
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in company systems
• Navigate multiple computer applications and web-based tools simultaneously
• Meet quality, productivity, and attendance expectations
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all customer interactions

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous call center experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Strong typing and computer skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Reliable, adaptable, and customer-focused
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
