Soldering Fabricator

CoWorx Staffing Services is hiring Soldering Fabricators in the Lebanon, NH area for first shift in a team oriented manufacturing environment.
These positions include assembly, soldering and inspection work.
These positions offer a good work environment where people work together and help each other out, clean facilities, and opportunities for advancement with great benefits.
Pay is dependent on background and skill level.

Responsibilities:

• Follow safety rules, work instructions, and production documents to complete assembly tasks correctly.
• Use basic measuring tools and visual inspections to check product quality and ensure specifications are met.
• Safely operate hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Report equipment problems, product defects, and production issues to supervisors promptly.
• Assist in other production areas as needed to support team and production goals.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Experience required for soldering positions
• Some entry-level opportunities are available for candidates with a steady and reliable work history.
• Must be a team player and communicate with the team
