CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking General Labor candidates in the McDonough, GA area.

Responsibilities:

• Perform warehouse operations including returns processing, order picking, packing, shipping, and box-making activities in accordance with established procedures and productivity standards.
• Pick and process merchandise accurately and efficiently while utilizing RF scanners to support inventory control and order fulfillment activities.
• Handle returned merchandise by inspecting products, processing return transactions, entering data accurately, and ensuring customers receive appropriate credits.
• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Construct, assemble, and break down shipping cartons and packaging materials to support inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Perform replenishment activities by returning products to inventory locations using RF scanning technology and warehouse management systems.
• Prepare outbound shipments by labeling packages, applying USPS shipping labels, securing merchandise, and ensuring shipments meet carrier requirements.
• Inspect packaged orders for accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards prior to shipment.
• Support efficient warehouse operations while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and customer service expectations.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks and material handling activities while adhering to company safety policies and procedures.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse technology to accurately process inventory, orders, and material movements.
• Experience with returns processing, including product verification, data entry, and documentation of returned merchandise.
• Knowledge of order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, shipping, and quality control procedures.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift materials, and remain active throughout scheduled shifts.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling products, operating equipment, and completing detailed warehouse tasks efficiently.

Monday-Wednesday, 7am-7:30pm: 17/hr
Wedneday-Saturday, 7am-7:30pm: 18/hr
