CoWorx is seeking Production Associates for the Finishing Department in the Malden, MA.
Shift: Starts at 7:30 AM
Interviews: Wednesday at 11:30 AM only

Responsibilities:

• Decorate and finish baked goods according to quality standards
• Package products for shipment and distribution
• Inspect products to ensure consistency and presentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Desired Background/Skills:

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Bakery, food production, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
