1st Shift Engraving position: 7am – 5pm, $16 per hour
2nd Shift Engraving position: 4pm – 2am $17 per hour
Monday-Friday, Weekends as needed

Responsibilities:

• Complete customer orders for embroidery, engraving, and monogramming in accordance with customer specifications, production requirements, and quality standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, including applying lubrication, oil, and cleaning machine rails as prompted by equipment operating systems and maintenance schedules.
• Mount and install sewing machine attachments such as needles, thread, pattern plates, and cutting blades, and adjust machine guides according to production specifications.
• Monitor sewing and embroidery operations to identify quality concerns, including defective stitching, thread breaks, equipment malfunctions, and production irregularities.
• Inspect finished products for defects, damage, or quality issues and accurately identify and mark non-conforming items as required.
• Separate and prepare quality-approved finished garments for packaging, shipment, and customer delivery.
• Maintain production accuracy, quality standards, and equipment performance while adhering to company safety and operational procedures.
