Coworx Staffing Services is seeking a Repossession Administrator to join our team. The Repossession Administrator will oversee all correspondence, paperwork, and administration during the repossession process. They will make every effort to ensure that all pertinent alerts are accurately documented and sent out on time. They will also ensure that all federal, multi-state, and repossession policies are adhered to. This job will also perform significant skip-tracing utilizing both internal and external skip-tracing tools in order to reduce and prevent losses.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n

Assign each repossession, evaluate collateral precisely, and get in touch with repossession vendors to obtain collateral. manages redemptions, tracks the position of collateral following repossession, and responds to impound letters. To optimize recovery efforts, get updates, authorize fees from repossession providers, and respond promptly. Use advanced skip tracing to locate clients and discover fresh leads. Respond to both incoming and outgoing calls regarding past-due accounts. Gathers and works up payment plans to address delinquency. correctly and quickly records the account. Establish business ties with the vendor or vendors who assist the repossession procedure. Additionally, assist internal departments and dealers with accounts that have been repossessed or put out for repossession. Ensure that repossession notices such as right to cures, notice of intent to sale and deficiency Letters are properly documented and mailed in a timely manner. Perform score cards on repossession performance. Provide reporting and make recommendations to management. Prepare account documentation for legal action, execute multiple tasks and assignments given by management. Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures. Comply with all state, federal laws and regulations with regards to appropriate contact\/dialogue with consumers Ensure that all the add on products (Service\/ Warranty\/ GAP\/etc.) get cancelled in a timely manner. Assist\/Back-up for the Collection Specialist, Remarketing Administrator and Recovery Specialist. <\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Desired Background\/Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n

An associate’s degree or a comparable set of training and experience Preferably, four years of collection and repossession experience in the automotive finance, marine products, or powersports industries Strong familiarity with the FDCPA, FCRA, SCRA, and multi-state repossession laws Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Excellent verbal and writing communication abilities. Expertise in skip tracing Strong ability to persuade and negotiate Capacity to accurately fulfill deadlines, multitask, prioritize tasks, and swiftly adjust to changes in a fast-paced setting Capacity to manage challenging conversations and possess patience Capacity to use sound judgment to make decisions promptly Skills for solving problems Capacity to accurately fulfill deadlines, multitask, prioritize tasks, and swiftly adjust to changes in a fast-paced setting <\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
