CoWorx Staffing is hiring a Sales Support Coordinator in Westfield, MA \u2014 a great temp-to-hire opportunity with steady Monday\u2013Friday hours (8:00am\u20134:30pm) and competitive pay of $20\u2013$24\/hr DOE. If you enjoy helping customers, supporting a busy sales team, and keeping operations running smoothly, this role could be your next step. <\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n

Provide daily support to Sales Managers, Regional Sales teams, and Brokers by coordinating internal processes such as sample requests, order entry, production updates, shipping, and billing Represent the company professionally and ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint Receive and process customer orders submitted via fax, EDI, mail, or email Verify that all orders meet minimum requirements, include correct pricing, and reflect any additional charges (freight, small order fees, artwork or plate charges) Send order confirmations using the customer\u2019s preferred method (EDI, email, or fax) Work with the Supply Chain Manager\/Production Controller to expedite orders when needed Monitor backorders and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams Maintain accurate daily filing of customer invoices and related documentation Enter and track QA complaints to ensure timely resolution Assist with resolving short payments and support the Credit Analyst with payment information and collection of past-due accounts Address all sales-related deductions promptly Process sample requests according to established procedures and follow up as needed to ensure timely delivery Provide general support to the sales team, including distributing literature and assisting with customer inquiries Serve as backup for the Senior Sales Support Coordinator when required Assist with hosting Sales Representatives or customer visits at the facility <\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
