CoWorx is partnering with a highly respected organization in the mechanical\/HVAC space to identify a Project Manager to join their growing team in the Randolph, MA area!
. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong leadership, excellent benefits, and long-term growth potential. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple HVAC-related projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. This role requires strong client interaction, cross-functional coordination, and proactive risk management. Compensation: $85,000 \u2013 $135,000 + competitive benefits<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\n

Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including both office coordination and on-site engagement<\/li>\n
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, participating in virtual and in-person meetings<\/li>\n
  • Represent the organization in all internal and external coordination efforts<\/li>\n
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet customer expectations<\/li>\n
  • Monitor and enforce Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) standards and regulatory compliance<\/li>\n
  • Provide regular, timely updates to clients, internal leadership, and project teams<\/li>\n
  • Identify and proactively mitigate project risks<\/li>\n
  • Manage project changes effectively while maintaining overall project goals and outcomes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\n

Desired Background\/Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  • 3\u20135 years of project management experience, ideally within HVAC or mechanical construction<\/li>\n
  • Experience with Procore is a plus<\/li>\n
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills<\/li>\n
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment<\/li>\n
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project changes without impacting overall objectives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
