CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in the Windsor, CT area. We\u2019re looking for an HR professional who can step in and contribute immediately. This role supports core HR operations, employee relations, and talent administration. The ideal candidate is confident, polished, and able to communicate clearly in writing and in person.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\n

Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Conduct and support disciplinary conversations with employees.<\/li>\n
  • Assist with Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and related documentation.<\/li>\n
  • Partner with managers to provide coaching, gather details, and guide them through employee relations issues.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure all written communication is clear, compliant, and professionally presented.<\/li>\n
  • Manage administrative aspects of the talent acquisition process.<\/li>\n
  • Post job openings and ensure job descriptions follow proper formatting guidelines.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate offer letters, background checks, and drug screening processes.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout all talent acquisition workflows.<\/li>\n
  • Support the performance review cycle.<\/li>\n
  • Work with managers assigned by HR leadership to guide them through the review process.<\/li>\n
  • Review performance evaluations to ensure compliance and prevent inappropriate or non-compliant language.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Desired Background\/Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Strong communicator who presents well and speaks confidently with employees and managers.<\/li>\n
  • Two or more years of direct experience with HR Generalist responsibilities.<\/li>\n
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to quickly learn and adapt to new processes.<\/li>\n
  • Skilled in writing clear and professional documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
