PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE (QUALITY) \u2013 2ND SHIFT
HELP ENSURE QUALITY IN A FAST-PACED MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT
Are you detail-oriented and take pride in doing things right the first time? We’re looking for a Production Associate (Quality) to join a team dedicated to producing high-quality products through inspection, packaging, labeling, and quality assurance processes. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to build experience in manufacturing, quality control, and production operations.
PAY & SCHEDULE
Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
Shift Differential: $1.25 per hour
Total Starting Compensation: $18.25 per hour
2ND SHIFT Monday \u2013 Friday: 3:00 PM \u2013 11:30 PM<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\n

Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Production Associate (Quality), you will play a critical role in ensuring products meet company quality standards before being packaged and shipped.
PERFORM QUALITY INSPECTIONS: <\/p>\n

    \n
  • Conduct all aspects of barrel process inspection.<\/li>\n
  • Inspect products according to EFD Workmanship Standards.<\/li>\n
  • Understand and identify acceptable and non-acceptable product conditions.<\/li>\n
  • Identify quality concerns and potential defects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    MONITOR PRODUCT QUALITY <\/p>\n

      \n
    • Determine appropriate product sampling methods and frequencies based on inspection requirements.<\/li>\n
    • Document inspection findings accurately and completely.<\/li>\n
    • Report quality concerns to the appropriate personnel for review and corrective action.<\/li>\n
    • Identify and tag suspect products requiring further evaluation, review, or disposition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      PACKAGE & LABEL PRODUCTS <\/p>\n

        \n
      • Package products according to established procedures and quality requirements.<\/li>\n
      • Apply accurate labels to finished products.<\/li>\n
      • Record piece counts and production information accurately.<\/li>\n
      • Generate labels using company computer systems as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        USE MEASURING & COUNTING EQUIPMENT: <\/p>\n

          \n
        • Set up and operate scales according to established work instructions.<\/li>\n
        • Verify accurate piece counts using approved counting and weighing methods.<\/li>\n
        • Follow established procedures to ensure production accuracy and consistency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          SUPPORT TEAM OPERATIONS <\/p>\n

            \n
          • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.<\/li>\n
          • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.<\/li>\n
          • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.<\/li>\n
          • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

SKILLS WE’D LOVE TO SEE: <\/p>\n

  • Quality inspection experience preferred.<\/li>\n
  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred.<\/li>\n
  • Experience using basic measuring equipment.<\/li>\n
  • Strong attention to detail.<\/li>\n
  • Basic computer skills.<\/li>\n
  • Experience maintaining accurate documentation and records.<\/li>\n
  • Packaging and labeling experience preferred.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    QUALIFICATIONS: <\/p>\n

    • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.<\/li>\n
    • Basic math skills required.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to speak, read, and write English.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.<\/li>\n
    • Strong attention to quality and accuracy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
