CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, conducting product counts, staging materials, and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have inventory or warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Shifts available: <\/p>\n

    \n
  • Monday through Friday schedule: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with a pay rate of $23.50 per hour.<\/li>\n
  • Friday through Monday schedule: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a pay rate of $25.50 per hour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\n

Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and counts to support operational efficiency and inventory integrity.\n
  • Perform cycle counts and product audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.\n
  • Follow all quality assurance processes, procedures, and documentation requirements.\n
  • Stage and organize materials within designated warehouse locations for efficient storage and retrieval.\n
  • Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely and effectively in accordance with company policies.\n
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory records and maintain required documentation.\n
  • Assist in identifying, researching, and resolving inventory discrepancies.\n
  • Support daily warehouse operations and other assigned tasks as needed.\n
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines, operational procedures, and company policies. <\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Desired Background\/Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n

Minimum Qualifications <\/p>\n

    \n
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related programs.<\/li>\n
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when required.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.<\/li>\n
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Preferred Qualifications <\/p>\n

      \n
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.<\/li>\n
    • At least one year of warehouse, inventory control, or distribution experience preferred.<\/li>\n
    • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Physical Requirements <\/p>\n

        \n
      • Ability to frequently lift and move items weighing up to 30 pounds.\n
      • Ability to occasionally lift and move items exceeding 50 pounds.\n
      • Ability to move materials weighing up to 500 pounds using wheeled carts and other approved material-handling equipment.\n
      • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday. <\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
