You&#8217;ll play a key part in helping operational teams successfully adopt Microsoft Dynamics 365. From building practical training plans to supporting supervisors after launch, you&#8217;ll help ensure new processes are understood, followed, and continuously improved.<br \/> You&#8217;ll be the person who can take ERP language and turn it into something meaningful for frontline teams. In short, you&#8217;ll help make the system work in the real world, not just on paper.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<p><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and deliver shop floor training programs focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 processes, workflows, and system functionality to support successful user adoption.\n<li>Develop and implement localized training plans tailored to operational teams, manufacturing environments, and business-specific processes.\n<li>Provide ongoing support to employees, supervisors, and managers throughout ERP implementation, go-live activities, and post-launch stabilization efforts.\n<li>Evaluate the impact of system and process changes on workflow efficiency, productivity, and overall operational performance.\n<li>Identify process bottlenecks, user adoption challenges, training gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.\n<li>Partner with production leaders to monitor process compliance, reinforce best practices, and address operational deviations.\n<li>Collaborate with project, technical, and operational teams to translate business requirements into practical day-to-day workflows and procedures.\n<li>Support organizational change initiatives by helping redefine roles, responsibilities, and work processes as new systems and procedures are introduced.\n<li>Gather user feedback and provide insights to the ERP project team regarding adoption trends, training needs, system usability, and process improvement opportunities.\n<li>Serve as a trusted liaison between frontline operations, business stakeholders, and system implementation teams to ensure successful change adoption and operational readiness. <\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<p><b>Desired Background\/Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience supporting or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, preferably within Finance &#038; Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a similar enterprise platform.<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in organizational change management, user adoption strategies, training delivery, and business process improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or shop floor environments highly preferred.\n<li>Comfortable facilitating training sessions, workshops, and user support activities while effectively engaging employees at all levels of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain effective in a fast-paced implementation or project environment.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on, practical approach to change management with a focus on problem-solving, execution, and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, understandable business terms.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently while building strong relationships and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<p><b>Other Information:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>What You&#8217;ll Get <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>9-month contract opportunity supporting a high-profile ERP transformation initiative.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to play a highly visible role in a major operational change and business transformation project.\n<li>Collaborative work environment where your input and expertise will directly influence user adoption, process effectiveness, and business outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to both operational and technology teams across multiple areas of the business.<\/li>\n<li>Safety-focused workplace with a strong commitment to quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.\n<li>Competitive salary range of $70,000 &#8211; $80,000 annually. <\/ul>\n<p> Please note that this role involves access to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and is subject to ITAR, EAR, and NRC regulations.
