What Success Looks Like:

Recruiting & Talent Management
  • Execute sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement activities following defined workflows.
  • Assist with payroll or assignment issue resolution by gathering information and escalating to leadership.
Client Engagement & Business Growth
  • Provide client updates and gather hiring requirements; escalate service or operational decisions to leadership.
  • Perform job postings, social media outreach, and recruitment marketing within approved guidelines.
Performance & Accountability
  • Perform weekly recruiting activities aligned to GM goals set by leadership.
  • Accurately document all recruiting activities in ATS and weekly trackers.
  • Provide first-level issue triage and escalate complex matters to leadership.
Collaboration & Values
  • Partner closely with Talent Coordinators and branch teammates to deliver a seamless, high‑quality candidate and client experience.
  • Champion Service, Sales, and Speed while living CoWorx values, escalating safety or risk concerns promptly.

If This Sounds Like You…

Experience & Skills
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (recruiting, customer service, HR, or staffing preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, candidates, and teammates.
  • Solid time‑management, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities.
  • Tech‑savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using ATS systems and social media recruiting tools.

  • Highly responsive, resourceful, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong desire to work collaboratively and contribute to team success.
  • Clear, positive, and professional communication style.
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to travel locally for client visits and recruiting events.
