Our client is expanding and has Grind and Polish openings in the Charlestown, NH area!

As a Grind and Polish Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing precision components that meet the highest quality standards. This is more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to build a career in a company that values its people and offers room to advance as they continue to grow.

Responsibilities:

Operate grinding and polishing equipment to finish precision components
Inspect parts to ensure they meet strict quality standards
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Collaborate with your team to achieve daily production goals

Desired Background/Skills:

Must be 18 years old or older
Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (but not required — we’ll train the right candidates)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliability and consistent attendance
