We are seeking motivated CNC and Grind and Polish Operators to join our team in Charlestown, NH. These are long-term opportunities offering growth and stability on 1st and 2nd shift.

Responsibilities:

Operate grinding and polishing equipment to finish precision components
Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Desired Background/Skills:

Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliability and good attendance required
