CoWorx Staffing Services has an immediate opening for a skilled Customer Service Representative to work within the finance department with our premier client located in Cypress, CA.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Title Management team. In this fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with title management inquiries, resolving issues, and processing title documentation with accuracy. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a seamless and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with title-related inquiries and requests in a fast-paced environment.
Process title transfers, releases, reassignments, and other documentation according to state and company requirements.
Resolve title discrepancies by researching, documenting, and following up on cases until resolved.
Provide accurate and thorough information to customers about title processes, policies, and requirements.
Collaborate with internal departments, dealerships, financial institutions, and government agencies to obtain and verify information.
Use our Loan and Title Management systems to enter data, update records, and track case progress with high attention to detail.

Desired Background/Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service, title management, or a related field; experience in a high-volume, fast-paced call center is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow precise procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex or escalated issues.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, title management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a high-demand environment.
Familiarity with title processing regulations and state requirements is a plus.

Other Information:

Hours: 6am-2:30pm, 8:30am-5pm, 10:30am-7pm (schedule will be provided each month)
Pay: $20.00-$23.00/Per hour (Payrate will be based off of experience)
