CoWorx Staffing has immediate Bilingual Crew Lead openings with a fantastic, employee focused client in the Rural Hall, NC area!

2nd Shift Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 4:15pm-2:15am $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Train crew on production line, making sure production goals are met
Use the Work Order as a guide to understand job requirements and specifications, assign individual tasks, and train and direct the temporary staff accordingly
Set-up or assist with line set-up as needed
Responsible for inventory control, tracking and reconciliation of customer product
Oversee and monitor production flow on the line, trouble shoot problems, make adjustments as needed, and recommend and institute line improvements
Communicate daily operations, safety, and headcount as needed
Ensure that the finished product meets all specifications outlined in the Work Order
Ensure adherence to Company Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), and Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP’s),
Understand and demonstrate safety behaviors and ensure all temporary staff are in compliance with all safety procedures in the work areas

Desired Background/Skills:

Bilingual is required/Resume is required/Must to be 18 and up.
Physical Strength – This job requires that you are physically able to hold, push, pull, lift and carry items.
Attention to Detail – This job requires that you pay careful attention to your daily tasks at all times.
Quality control is extremely important and it is a requirement that you assemble materials accurately in order to product quality product.
