CoWorx has partnered with one of the nation’s largest last-mile delivery providers, who are looking to add Customer Service Representatives to their team in Brooklyn, OH.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You’ll work with customers, business partners, and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience. In this role, you’ll be supported by a passionate team motivated by fast-paced innovation and the desire to deliver for customers.

The work schedule will be Tuesdays through Saturdays, 8am to 5pm. You would have every Sunday off along with an additional weekday each week! Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, temporary to hire!

Responsibilities:

Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
Monitor progress of delivery routes
Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

Desired Background/Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
High school diploma or equivalent
1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
