Responsibilities:

Ability to organize work assignments to ensure efficient operations.
Critical thinking – Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, statistics and their applications.
Read blueprints to determine material dimensions, required equipment

Desired Background/Skills:

Prior experience preferred but will train those with a good work history and desire to learn
Must be at least 18 years of age
Follow written and oral directions
Ability to work as part of a team
Must work well with others, most jobs are completed within a team environment
