We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Crew Members to join our team in Saco, ME. This role involves operating machinery, performing light material handling, and ensuring quality standards are met. You’ll work in a team-oriented environment where reliability and precision are key.

Responsibilities:

Operate Hudson 2-handle die cut machine
Use manual pallet jack to move materials
Pack and tape boxes using a tape gun
Label boxes and wrap pallets
Cut paper sheets to size using a paper cutter
Weigh and load sheets into a hopper via a 5-step platform ladder (secured by body weight)
Perform quality checks on finished products

Desired Background/Skills:

Ability to stand, lift, and move materials as needed
Comfortable using basic tools and equipment (tape gun, pallet jack, paper cutter)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
Team player with a positive attitude

Production Crew Member – First Shift
Location: Saco, ME
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
