CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Line Lead – 2nd Shift Candidates in the Lithia Springs, GA area.

Responsibilities:

Use the Work Order as a guide to understand job requirements and specifications, assign individual tasks, and train and direct the temporary staff accordingly
Set-up or assist with line set-up as needed, using the line diagram
Responsible for inventory control, tracking and reconciliation of customer product, ensuring product is properly placed on the line and kept in good supply as needed for completion of the shift’s production and for the start of the next shift, if applicable
Oversee and monitor production flow on the line, trouble shoot problems, make equipment adjustments as needed, and recommend and institute line improvements
Communicate with the customer on daily operations, safety, and headcount as needed
Ensure that the finished product meets all specifications outlined in the Work Order
Ensure adherence to Company Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), and Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP’s),
Understand and demonstrate safety behaviors and ensure all temporary staff are in compliance with all safety procedures, including maintaining the cleanliness of all equipment and work areas
Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned by a supervisor and/or customer

Manual Dexterity- This job requires the repeated and coordinated use of your arms, hands, wrists, and fingers to grasp objects and to put parts/products together
Physical Strength- This job requires that you are physically able to hold, push, pull, lift and carry items
Attention to Detail- This job requires that you pay careful attention to your daily tasks at all times. Quality control is extremely important and it is a requirement that you assemble materials accurately in order to product quality product.
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and must manage time effectively in order to adapt to quickly changing priorities
Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to successfully motivate the temporary staff to ensure production line efficiency and meet production goals
Must be able to work overtime as it pertains to business needs
