CoWorx Staffing is seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Manufacturing Engineering Manager to build, shape, and lead this newly created function. This is a rare opportunity to own product industrialization end-to-end and elevate manufacturing excellence in a high-growth global organization. This is a 1st shift direct hire placement to the client with a target salary of $150,000 -$165,000K.

Our client is a global market leader in the development, production, and marketing of field devices that support energy-efficient control of HVAC systems. Our core technologies include damper actuators, control valves, sensors, meters, and gas monitors.

Responsibilities:

As the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will:

Take full ownership of product industrialization and ensure readiness for successful product launches.
Lead your team to deliver manufacturing capabilities across quality, time, and cost.
Partner closely with Product Engineering to coordinate industrialization across the global supply chain.
Design and implement end-to-end manufacturing and assembly processes.
Release and validate manufacturing lines.
Optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, throughput, and quality.
Develop and enhance manufacturing infrastructure—including production, logistics, and configuration environments.
Build and scale your team while implementing a clear strategic vision.
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, capacity, and profitability.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across teams and functions.

Desired Background/Skills:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, etc.).
15+ years of progressive experience in high-volume industrial manufacturing environments.
Demonstrated ability to grow into a senior leadership role within 3–5 years.
Skilled at operating strategically with senior leadership while executing tactically.
Exceptional communicator who adapts messaging to the audience.
Decisive, analytical, and comfortable making informed decisions with imperfect data.
A true leader who teaches, develops, and unites teams—never burdens them.
Calm, thoughtful, solutions-focused presence in complex situations.
