CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Production Technicians in the Slatersville, RI area. We are looking for a hands-on Machine Operator / Production Technician to run and maintain plastic molding machines that produce dispensing closures. This role ensures machines run smoothly, products meet quality standards, and production goals are met.

Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot plastic molding machines and automated equipment.
Perform machine start-ups, changeovers (color, material, and molds), and basic repairs.
Identify and resolve production issues, reporting problems to the appropriate teams.
Inspect products for quality, document cycle checks, and ensure machines meet production standards.
Keep the production floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
Communicate with previous shifts to ensure smooth handoffs of production information.
Prepare maintenance requests for molds, machines, and related equipment.
Shut down machines properly for weekends, repairs, or extended downtime.
Assist with other tasks when needed to support overall production.
