CoWorx Staffing is partnering with a national manufacturer of a diverse range of molded urethane products was offered, including custom parts, wheels, rollers, and bumpers in Odenton, MD.

Responsibilities:

Assess final products manufactured against blueprint design spec and be able to take appropriate action to help resolve any issues with production management and client.
Resolve client issues or concerns with production quality.
Working knowledge of quality assurance (QA) processes built into an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system so manufacturers can monitor, control, and improve product quality in a production environment.
Resolve customer complaints and follow through.
Work with production team and management .
Inspect incoming and outgoing parts.

Desired Background/Skills:

Must be 18 years old or older
1+ year experience reading blueprints
Working knowledge of QA ERP
Strong knowledge using calipers
Understand quality design specs of the job, take actions when not in products are not in spec
1+ year experience in a Manufacturing environment experience in Quality Assurance/Quality control
The ability to read blueprints
The ability to use outlook and email
