Coworx is looking for a Inbound Call Center Representative with the ability to professionally present complex information in an understandable and concise format in the Covington, GA area!

If you’re a self-motivated problem solver who loves to work in a dynamic and positive environment, this may be the role for you. Candidates in this position will be the first point of contact for device-related inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution to support client’s needs. Your strong communication and customer service experience will be essential in delivering top-notch service, while your basic device knowledge will allow you to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues.

Schedule: 8:00AM – 10PM Monday – Sunday

Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Troubleshoot and diagnose device service issues via phone.
Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to end users concerns, empathizing with their situation, and providing clear and concise solutions to meet their needs.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all support requests, including steps taken and resolutions provided, using our ticketing system.
Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with team members to share insights, best practices, and technical knowledge, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
Training and Guidance: Assist end users in understanding basic IT concepts, such as software installations, password resets, and system configurations.
Customer Satisfaction: Continuously monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, ensuring a high level of service delivery that exceeds expectations.
