Ever feel like your job is all about “moving things forward”? Well, this one really is! We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-driven Senior Receiving Clerk to join our fast-paced logistics and sales team. In this essential role, you’ll oversee incoming shipments, ensure all records are spot-on, and tackle any issues that come up — all while keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied. After all, in logistics, we don’t just handle shipments—we give them pep talks before they hit the road!

Responsibilities:

Collaborating with the Sales and Receiving teams to help manage key customer accounts and ensure seamless operations
Recording incoming shipments and maintaining detailed notes on delivery status and updates
Coordinating appointment times for pickups and deliveries with customers and warehouse teams
Maintaining accurate records in the Transportation Management System (TMS) and ensuring all data is properly prepared for accounting
Communicate face to face with Clients and Customers to help resolve receiving or shipment discrepancies and coordinate with appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution

Desired Background/Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
2+ years of recent experience, as a Shipping or Receiving Clerk
Familiarity with warehouse operations or the transportation industry
Able to read a BOL
