As an Injection Molding Operator, you’ll play a hands-on role in building high-quality products using cutting-edge technology—all while growing your skills in a supportive, inclusive environment. Responsibilities:

Operate injection molding machinery with precision and care Inspect and quality
Check molded parts for accuracy and finish Package products efficiently and prep for shipment
Perform light sanding and finishing tasks as needed Maintain consistent pace and attention to detail throughout your shift

Must be 18 years old or older
A reliable work history and strong attendance
Great attention to detail
Ability to stay on your feet and work in a fast-paced environment
