CoWorx Staffing Services is currently hiring a talented Executive Coordinator to partner with our high-profile client organization located in the Kennesaw/Marietta, GA area!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professionalism and exceptional high-level administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team.

Responsibilities:

Plan, prioritize, and organize a high volume of daily activities for Executive Vice Presidents and effectively manage the executives’ time
Handle domestic and international travel arrangements with comprehensive itinerary and supporting information
Interface and act as liaison with internal clients on executive’s behalf
Plan and execute logistics for meetings, events
Create and maintain complex and/or highly confidential materials including Executive Committee materials, PowerPoint presentations, department financial data, analyses, monthly/quarterly performance reports, contacts, etc.
Conserve executives’ time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications, as appropriate
Prioritize requests using knowledge of the business to meet deadlines, customer needs, etc.
Manage projects including Operations conference, off-site meetings, quarterly business reviews with vendors, etc.

Desired Background/Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
Ability to maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
Superior proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
Must have solid working knowledge of office equipment, including copier, binder, fax, and scanner
Excellent computer typing skills
Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral

We also offer:
12 paid holidays after 30 days in position – also need to be on time the day before and after – following the client’s holiday schedule.
Service Bonus plan – after 1650 hours in their position, they will receive a 37.50-hour check at their current pay rate — this is also referred to as our vacation pay plan.
401k after one year of service
Referral bonus – for any candidate referred and hired, that works 100 hours, the associate will receive $100 referral
