CoWorx is seeking a highly experienced Forklift Operator (Temp-to-Hire) to support our fast-paced distribution center in the south area of Fort Worth, TX!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently locating, moving, stacking, and tracking product within the facility using a Sit-Down and Stand-Up Reach forklift. This role requires proficiency in English to complete documentation and follow safety instructions.

Training schedule Monday – Friday (7am-3:30pm)
Regular shift will be Friday – Sunday (7am-7:30pm)

Responsibilities:

Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials
Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy
Load and unload trailers as needed
Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times
Display a commitment to process excellence
Demonstrate an understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy
Perform inbound receiving processes

Desired Background/Skills:

2 years of recent warehouse forklift experience
Trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks
Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed
