We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will focus on handling customer inquiries/quotes, building customer relationships, processing orders, seek new business, quote on new accounts and /or new products from existing customers, update pricing at specified intervals and often working with both internal team and external clients to ensure smooth transactions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage accounts for existing customers resolving any problems that develop.
Interface with vendors and customers
Estimate cost of production.
Develop quotes for new business for either new customers or existing customers.
Communicate to production any priorities or changes in customer orders.
Review documentation for new products to ensure specifications are clear and complete.

Desired Background/Skills:

Demonstrated proficiency in customer relations
Five years’ experience in cost estimating
Basic knowledge of wire, cable, and electronic components
Strong communication skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office programs
Good Mathematical skills
