Are you an experience forklift operator looking for your next role?

Our client in Dover, NH is hiring seasonal Warehouse Equipment Operators on 1st and 2nd shift. The Warehouse Equipment Operator is responsible for using fork trucks and cherry pickers to receive and process incoming materials, pick/pack and ship orders from the warehouse.

Temporary position – Seasonal assignments start Fall 2025 and end around Dec 2025/Jan 2026.

1st shift Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm $23/hr[br[
2nd shift Mon-Fri 4pm-12:30pm $23/hr + 10% shift differential

Overtime hours are required as peak season approaches
1st shift overtime 6am-3:30pm M-F
2nd shift overtime 4pm-1:30am M-F

Responsibilities:

Physically load and unload product off/on trucks
Accurately pick items according to order slips or by using RF scanning equipment
Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring they are properly labeled and meet quality standards.
Assist in organizing and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and order.
Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect items and report discrepancies to management.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Operate warehouse equipment such as standup forklifts, powered riding pallet jacks, and reach trucks
Comply with all company policies and local, state, and federal regulations regarding warehouse operations.
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve overall warehouse objectives.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to ensure a seamless workflow.

Desired Background/Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience operating Reach Truck, Order/Cherry Picker, Stand-up Forklift, and/or Walkie Rider required
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment required
Experience with inventory management and RF scanners preferred
Understand numbers and letters on an RF scanner minimum
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Basic math and computer skills in English or least the ability to read numbers and letters
