CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking baker candidates in the Malden, MA area. This is an entry-level position. No experience required! The worksite is on the public transit line.

Responsibilities:

Entry-level employees in bakery manufacturing assist more experienced bakers in the preparation, mixing and baking of various bakery products
May be responsible for measuring and weighing ingredients, preparing dough, batters, or fillings, and ensuring accurate recipes are followed
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment and utensils according to hygiene standards
Follow safety guidelines, such as proper handling of equipment and use of PPE when necessary
Work as a team to meet production targets and ensure the efficient operation of the bakery

Desired Background/Skills:

Strong physical aptitude
Adaptable to hot/cold environments as part of dough handling process
Highly motivated, committed to long-term employment
Candidates must have a good understanding of English and/or Spanish and/or French.
