CoWorx is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Material Handler in Danbury, CT!

In this role you will support daily operations within a production environment. This role involves label creation, material handling, inventory tasks, and general organizational duties to ensure smooth workflow and supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts to load and unload materials from pallet racking systems.
Deliver components to assembly areas in a timely manner using a forklift.
Create and print labels for sub-assembly parts using Microsoft Word label templates.
Dispose of scrap materials such as cardboard and wood in designated dumpster areas.
Assemble and disassemble pallet racks and shelving units as operational needs arise.
Conduct periodic inventory counts upon request from purchasing or planning personnel.
Assist with packaging and preparing mechanical parts for shipment or internal use.

Desired Background/Skills:

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in shipping/receiving.
Knowledge of weighing scales, weigh counts.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Must be proficient utilizing computers and automated equipment.
