CoWorx is seeking an on-site Senior Manufacturing Engineer in the Bolton, CT area!

We’re hiring a hands-on Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead process improvements and production innovation in a growing electronics manufacturing environment. If you’re experienced in lean manufacturing, tooling design, and electrical component assembly, this is your opportunity to make an immediate impact.

Compensation- The salary range is $110,000 to $125,000 annually, with flexibility for highly experienced candidates. Applicants must be a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations.

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize processes for custom wire-wound and build-to-print components
Lead lean manufacturing efforts to improve throughput and reduce waste
Design work cells and custom tooling for complex assemblies
Own manufacturing process development from concept to implementation
Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams

Desired Background/Skills:

Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
10+ years in manufacturing, including 5+ with complex components
Deep understanding of AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality systems
Strong experience in electrical testing, tooling, and process flow
Ability to read drawings and define step-by-step production plans
Proficiency in CAD, ERP systems, and MS Office
Six Sigma or Lean certification
Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment knowledge
Excellent communication, leadership, and technical writing skills
