CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking an International Trade, Import/Export Coordinator in the Kennesaw, GA area. The position provides essential sales administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Robotics.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing diverse tasks including processing quotes, processing orders, maintaining customer records, managing sales data, invoicing, receiving, shipping, generating reports, and handling customer inquiries to ensure a smooth sales process and high customer satisfaction
Obtain quotes for Spare Parts, Receiving, verifying, and processing sales orders from various channels (phone, email, online) and ensuring accuracy.
Customer Service: Answer customer questions, resolving complaints, and providing after-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience.
Process HQ export control paperwork.
Trade Show preparation for logistics.

Desired Background/Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent degree preferred. Other areas could be: compliance, import/export, supply chain, logistics
2 to 3 years of experience in international logistics and sales admin operations
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, be willing to work within compliance guidelines and operate with a team mentality
They will possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, SAP/ERP, with the ability and willingness to learn software programs specific to the industry, as necessary.
Ability to work in a self-motivated and fast-paced environment
